Ingredients:
1 Cup Pineapple
1/2 Cup Capsicum
1/2 Onion
2-3 tsp lemon juice
1 green chilli
1-2 tsp coriander leaves
1 small tsp black pepper
Salt to taste
Instructions:
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl. Adjust seasoning to taste. Cover and refrigerate for couple of hours before serving.
Serve it with nachos/ mathri/ papdi
