In India buttermilk is the ultimate summer drink which is made with curd, spices and some herbs. It's light and refreshing and also good for digestion. Varieties of buttermilk can be prepared like sweet and sour.

I grew up eating a lot of yogurt and no lunch at m home is complete without a side of curd items. So it's deep rooted in my system and can't give up.
During summer I enjoy making drinks like mojito, shake, juices. And another best thing is Masala Chaas. So i thought let's give some twist to our regular chaas and try to add te summer king fruit Mango into it. And I'm telling you it really worked. And it's the perfect way to cool off during hot days. How To Make Mango Moru:
The blend of mango, ice and spice is a glass full of refreshing vibes. Raw Mango with buttermilk is best to chill in summers.

Ingredients:
101/4 cup Plain Curd
1/4 cup Raw Mango peeled and chopped
1 tbsp Coriander Leaves
1 tbsp Mint Leaves
8-10 Curry Leaves
1/2 inch Ginger
1 Green Chilli, deseeded(optional)
1 tsp Sugar
1/2 tsp Roasted Cumin Powder
Salt to Taste
Instructions:
Blend all the ingredients together in a high powered mixer.
Adjust the salt according to taste. Strain the buttermilk to remove any fibers.
Put ice cubes in two glasses. Pour the buttermilk and serve. You can sprinkle some black salt on top.
Garnish it with some mint leaves.
