What Is Falafel:

Traditionally falafel is made from ground chickpeas, herbs and spices. then this mixture is made into balls or patties and is deep fried to get the crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. It's an authentic Middle Eastern Recipe.

It's very easy to cook falafel once you get to know the recipe. Falafel is a gluten-free dish and are made from very simple ingredients. These are best served right away after cooking therefore they are warm and crispy. They are delicious and served with Tahini Sauce and Hummus. I've used Hummus as a spread for tortilla and tahini sauce to drizzle over it.
